Everyone's selling more. The answer was always less.
Four things control your healing. The magic was always inside you.
At 27, doctors gave me a lifelong diagnosis. I gave it back.
The diagnosis was Graves’ Disease. I was given three options: surgery, radioactive iodine, or medication for the rest of my life. I picked a fourth one.
I put myself in the right conditions and let my body do what it already knew how to do: heal. My Graves’ Disease went into remission and never came back.
Then it took me another ten years to understand why, and to turn what saved me into something that works for anyone. I’ve tested it against thousands of patients and dozens of conditions: Hashimoto’s, POTS, chronic pain, hormone problems, gut issues, anxiety. Every diagnosis modern medicine hands a prescription and walks away from.
A wilting plant doesn’t need its branches propped up one by one. It needs sun and water. That’s it. The human body has its own version of sun and water: sleep, stress, movement, and toxins. Get those four right, and conditions we’re told are permanent often aren’t. The magic was always inside you.
The theory is nice. Here's the proof.
Stepping Out of the Grave
How to Heal When You're Tired of Trying
Part memoir, part clinical guide, written for the person who has tried everything and feels out of options. The thread running through all of it is the nervous system, and four inputs simple enough to sound too easy: toxins, stress, sleep, and movement. Heal those, and a lot of what we’ve been told is permanent turns out not to be.
